Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: E2E Process Architect Responsibilities Drive end-to-end process excellence and continuous improvement across key value streams within and beyond the Business Hub Define and maintain process architecture principles, standards, and documentation frameworks across the Business Hub Develop and execute process improvement roadmaps across Business Areas and Global Functions aligned with industrialization priorities Partner with senior process owners beyond hub boundaries to drive standardization and harmonization of processes Maintain a cross-functional network of process and data owners to ensure alignment and consistency Ensure process designs provide clear input to solution design by translating business needs into process requirements and functional capabilities Drive identification and prioritization of process improvement opportunities with clear linkage to value creation (efficiency, quality, working capital, experience Requirements Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field 5 years of experience in process excellence, process architecture, or transformation roles Strong understanding of end-to-end process models (e.g., O
