Описание

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer to help build and maintain a healthcare-oriented enterprise application. This role spans both backend services and frontend development. The frontend ecosystem consists of two distinct architectures: A modern React application using React Query, Zustand-style state management, and a monorepo/shared component approach. A separate React application based on Redux and redux-saga for global state management. Experience with multiple state management paradigms is highly valued. Tech Stack Backend Java 16+ Spring Boot Spring Security OAuth2 Maven MyBatis (or similar SQL mapping frameworks) Relational databases RESTful API design and implementation Docker Frontend · TypeScript · Modern JavaScript (ES6+) · React · React Router · React Query · React Hook Form · Axios · Redux · redux-saga Nice to Have · RabbitMQ or other message broker experience · HL7 FHIR standard knowledge · MQTT protocol experience · Experience with a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end application functionality across both backend and frontend layers, from database schema and API design through to UI implementation and user experience.
