Java Tech Lead | Long-term Contract | Remote (Poland) RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Java Tech Lead to join one of our key partners on a long-term development project. The contract is expected to start in the second half of October and is primarily remote . Specific skills/experience required: Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, SOAP, and SQL Previous experience as a Tech Lead , leading small development teams Hands-on development background with the ability to actively contribute to coding activities Experience with code reviews, mentoring developers, and technical coordination Understanding of application architecture and technical decision-making Experience working in Agile environments Excellent communication skills in English and Polish Candidates must be based in Poland
