Lead global transformation. Drive strategic impact. Shape the future of Master Data Management. In this role, you will translate strategic ambitions into tangible business outcomes, lead complex transformation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies, and ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio that is critical to DSV's future growth and digital transformation. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide capabilities, influence senior leadership, and build scalable delivery models that create lasting business value. What you'll do Lead and govern a portfolio of strategic MDM initiatives. Drive portfolio prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization across multiple workstreams. Maintain an integrated view of priorities, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery commitments. Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks, portfolio standards, and delivery methodologies. Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and transformation success. Build scalable delivery capabilities covering project management, migration, testing, change management, training, and hypercare. Drive organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. Proactively identify and mitigate portfolio risks while ensuring transparency and timely escalation of critical issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excell
