At Cyclad, we work with top international IT companies to help them deliver cutting-edge technologies that shape the future. We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join an international team delivering complex solutions within the banking and financial services sector. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, combining strong business analysis expertise with a solid understanding of data platforms, system integrations, and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to data-intensive initiatives across Investment Banking, Risk, Credit, Regulatory Reporting, and related financial domains. Project information: Industry: Banking / Finance Office location: Wrocław or Poznań, Poland Work model: Hybrid – 2 days from the office, 3 days remotely Budget: 90–130 PLN net/hour – B2B Project length: Long-term Start date: ASAP (depending on the candidate's availability) Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Your responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business and technical analysis for change initiatives across banking, data, and risk platforms Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements Prepare business requirements, user stories, API specifications, data mappings, and interface documentation Perform data analysis to understand source-to-target data flows, data quality, reconciliation rules, and regulatory reporting requirements Collaborate
