Summary The Senior AI Software Engineer role is central to driving the company's transformation through innovative AI solutions. This position focuses on collaborating effectively, maintaining high standards of cybersecurity and compliance, and delivering value rapidly within an agile team environment. Main Responsibilities Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build best-in-class AI-enabled features for our products. AI Integration: Implement and integrate AI technologies, such as Generative AI, machine learning models, or Natural Language Processing (NLP), to enhance our platform's capabilities. Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI platform features ensuring compatibility with other services and APIs. Rapid Problem-Solving: Quickly fix bugs and solve problems related to AI performance, model integration, or data pipeline issues. Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving AI development processes. Provide hands-on coaching, technical guidance, and structured feedback through code reviews and design sessions. Stay Current: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud services. Key Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer. Proven track record in AI product development. Expertise in Python; experience with Java, Scala, or C# is valuable. Knowledge in microservices and GraphQL. Experience with DevOps to
