100% remote We are looking for an experienced macOS Platform Engineer to support and scale our enterprise Apple environment within the aviation industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the provisioning, management, security, automation, and continuous improvement of a large-scale macOS environment. You will work with modern Apple management technologies and contribute to building a reliable, secure, and highly automated endpoint platform for an enterprise environment with 1,000+ devices . Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and further develop the Fleet-based MDM environment . Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of macOS devices, from provisioning and enrollment through configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning. Design and maintain macOS configuration profiles, policies, compliance controls, and security configurations . Package, test, deploy, update, and retire software across the macOS environment. Integrate and operate modern Apple Enterprise technologies, including Santa, Platform SSO (PSSO), and other Apple platform services . Develop and maintain automation for repetitive endpoint management and operational processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex macOS, MDM, identity, and endpoint management issues. Monitor the health, compliance, and configuration of the macOS fleet and proactively identify areas for improvement.
