Описание

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Center Engineer to support enterprise Data Center infrastructure and critical business services. The role focuses on administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, modernization, and operational support of virtualization, compute, storage, backup, and Windows Server platforms. Location: Warsaw (Duchnice) or Gdańsk, Poland Work Model: hybrid / 2 days a week in the office and 3 days remotely Travel: Occasional business travel between the Warsaw (Duchnice) and Gdańsk locations may be required, depending on current business needs. Key Responsibilities • Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Data Center infrastructure. • Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clustering, lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and migrations. • Operate and support Dell infrastructure platforms, including servers, storage, and data protection solutions. • Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and health using enterprise monitoring platforms such as Zabbix. • Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes, including recovery validation and testing. • Implement software, firmware, operating system, and security updates across infrastructure components. • Support Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services. • Automate operational tasks and repor
