As an Expert Dynamics 365 for Sales Technical Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization dedicated to enhancing client relationships and operational efficiency. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge CRM solutions that empower teams across over 55 countries, fostering seamless customer interactions and organizational growth. Your main responsibilities: Develop and review code, ensuring quality standards are met across CRM solutions. Conduct backlog grooming and prioritize tasks for sprint planning. Create comprehensive technical documentation to support system architecture. Participate actively in daily stand-ups, identifying roadblocks and driving solutions. Assist in production releases, ensuring smooth deployment and stability. Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret requirements and customize CRM functionalities. Build solutions using Power Platform tools, including Canvas Apps and Pages.
