Project Description: We are looking for an experienced IAM Technical Architect to join a cybersecurity initiative within a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on designing and governing a robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) architecture, ensuring security, compliance, scalability, and seamless integration across enterprise systems. As a key technical expert, you will define end-to-end architecture concepts, guide technical decisions, assess risks, and ensure alignment with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards. This is a highly collaborative role involving close cooperation with client-side architects, security specialists, and other technical stakeholders. The position is focused on technical architecture and solution design rather than business analysis or requirements prioritization. Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity architecture, or related security domains. Proven experience designing end-to-end IAM/IGA architectures in enterprise environments. Experience delivering and designing at least five IAM/IGA architecture implementations. Strong understanding of IAM/IGA integration concepts, interface architecture, and system interoperability. Experience working within highly regulated industries and compliance-driven environments. Strong knowledge of: ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, KRITIS. Experience identifying and managing technical risks,
