Senior Application Architect Project We are looking for a Senior Application Architect to join an international Digital Document Management team and take ownership of the system-level architecture of a critical enterprise document service. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure and highly available backend solutions, supporting integrations with an enterprise data platform and working closely with architects, developers, product managers and DevSecOps teams. Key Facts Location: Warsaw / European time zone Work model: Remote Travel: Occasional travel within Europe Language: Fluent English Experience: 8–12+ years in IT, including 3–4+ years in an Architect role Your Responsibilities Own and evolve the system-level architecture of backend components. Design new components, integrations and technical solutions with focus on scalability, availability, security and performance. Translate solution architecture into clear technical designs and development tasks. Ensure architectural consistency across the digital document services landscape. Work closely with Solution Architects, Lead Developers, Product Managers, BAs and development teams. Define and maintain system design and interface documentation. Support security-by-design and architectural best practices. Mentor developers on clean architecture, design patterns, cloud-native and microservices.
