Описание

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Project / Delivery Manager to join and strengthen our Intelligent Automation (IA) Practice in Poland. In this role, you will be the backbone of our client-facing delivery operations, responsible for managing mid-to-large-sized project portfolios across diverse engagement models (Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services). Responsibilities Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects for enterprise end clients, ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery Manage diverse commercial and delivery models, including Fixed Scope, Time & Materials (T&M), and Managed Services agreements Take full ownership of project financials, budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability for the assigned portfolio Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by leveraging knowledge of the IA tech stack Participate in pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches Provide business consultancy to clients to help them identify automation opportunities, scale their IA programs, and maximize ROI Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing as part of the Intelligent Automation resource structure Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business analysts Maintain exceptional communication standards with C-level stakeholders, busine
