Описание

Accountabilities: - Own product features end to end, from identifying user needs and defining problems to designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining production-ready solutions. - Build and improve full-stack functionality for a consumer music application that enables users to discover, listen to, create, remix, and stream music. - Develop scalable, reliable, and intuitive frontend and backend systems, ensuring a seamless user experience across the product. - Identify valuable product opportunities independently, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and translate ideas into practical features that address real user needs. - Collaborate closely with research engineers to integrate emerging AI models and capabilities into engaging music experiences. - Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas, using real user feedback and product performance to guide development decisions. - Maintain high engineering standards by reviewing code critically, identifying security vulnerabilities, eliminating unnecessary complexity, and ensuring the quality of shipped solutions. - Take full responsibility for the reliability and performance of your work, proactively identifying issues and resolving them without waiting for detailed instructions. - Leverage AI-powered development tools and workflows to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, and support rapid experimentation. - Contribute to a high-velocity engineering culture characterized by autonomous decision-makin
