As a Senior Batch Scheduling Specialist, you will be working for our client, a global leader in enterprise infrastructure management. You will help build resilient, efficient, and automated systems supporting critical IT services, enabling seamless operational continuity and innovation. Your main responsibilities: Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of IT products and services supported by the team Maintain high data quality and compliance with Service Management Standards Support incident resolution and issue management to uphold service continuity Deploy infrastructure changes with a focus on automation, load balancing, security, and performance Drive automation initiatives for build, testing, and deployment processes across all environments Develop and implement solutions to enhance system monitoring, high availability, and resilience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure and support continuous improvement Ensure service recovery objectives are met through effective planning and execution You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or mainframe scheduling Solid knowledge of JCL for IBM z/OS on Mainframe Good understanding of IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS), BatchCP, BatchAD, and XINFO Strong experience with automation tools and proce
