We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a growing ServiceNow practice and play a key role in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. 🗝️Full-time 🗝️Remote work (from any location in Poland) or hybrid from Warsaw - you choose! Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across multiple ServiceNow domains. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements. Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, traceability, and documentation. Define and promote business analysis standards, methodologies, and governance practices. Ensure requirements align with platform standardization and long-term sustainability objectives. Support initiatives across ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, TPRM, Privacy, and broader service management capabilities. Contribute to operating model development, governance frameworks, and service ownership structures. Lead operational readiness, user adoption, onboarding, and knowledge transfer activities. Act as a trusted advisor between business teams, platform teams, and implementation partners. Ensure clear alignment between business objectives, requirements, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation improvements. Mentor Business Analysts and contribute to capability development within the team. Requirements 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
