Описание

Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team, a Microsoft Gold Partner, specializes in implementing Microsoft software for medium to large organizations, including M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, serving as a technical and functional expert. Drive adoption of new features and technology across the Microsoft platform. Design domain-specific implementations and influence the use of Dynamics 365 functionality. Mentor and coach team members, identifying skill gaps and training needs. Identify market differentiators and contribute to industry-specific solution offerings. Meet and exceed customer expectations, identifying and mitigating project risks. Represent professionally and adhere to Information Security Policies. Working Schedule and Contract: Hybrid working model with 1 day at the office per week. 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on project requirements. Indefinite contract on a full-time basis. Requirements Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Experience with software development lifecycle, Azure Platform, and Agile Methodology. Certification in relevant areas such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework is beneficial. Strong industry experience in domains like Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. Excellent presentation and pre-sales skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Minimum 15+ years of experience in implementing large-scale Dynamics CE solutions
