Описание

Accountabilities - Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React and Next.js, delivering new features and improving existing functionality, performance, and user experience. - Collaborate with backend engineers working with PHP and Clojure to design and implement integrated end-to-end features across frontend components and backend services. - Lead technical projects of varying complexity, taking ownership from initial planning and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and delivery. - Partner with Product Managers and fellow engineers to define project scope, establish priorities, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. - Write clear, maintainable technical design documents and create and manage Jira tasks to support project visibility, accountability, and execution. - Design, implement, and monitor A/B tests using feature flags to evaluate user behavior, measure business impact, and inform product improvements. - Build and maintain observability capabilities, including logs, alerts, monitors, dashboards, and metrics, to identify issues and improve system performance. - Support production stability by investigating bugs, troubleshooting incidents, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a reliable user experience. - Optimize React applications through profiling, performance analysis, and improvements to rendering, responsiveness, and overall application efficiency. - Contribute to modern development and deploym
