Role description Analyse current business processes, workflows, rules and operating models. Map current-state processes, applications, integrations and data flows. Document business requirements, functional gaps and country-specific variations. Compare current solutions with the target architecture and identify required changes. Facilitate workshops with business SMEs, operations teams and application teams. Drive gap analysis between current and target processes. Transform findings into structured requirements, user stories and solution recommendations. Support definition of target processes and operating models.
