In this Senior Software Engineering role, you’ll be… Accountable for feature execution end-to-end. A key technical sparring partner within the team, providing high-level feedback during code reviews and helping troubleshoot deep-seated technical issues. Collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Design to shape feature implementations and proactively resolve structural technical debt in our integration logic. A supportive team member and mentor. Continuous learning and knowledge-sharing are in your DNA, as you help onboard new engineers, support less senior colleagues, and iterate to build creative business solutions. Who is the Connect Team? The Connect Team bridges Formalize with our customers' broader tech ecosystems. We build and maintain our public APIs, design complex integration patterns, and engineer event-driven, logic-heavy workflows for seamless data exchange. In doing so, we turn Formalize from a standalone software service into foundational compliance infrastructure, making compliance effortless across any tech stack and driving our vision to become Europe’s leading GRC platform.
