You will lead a team of skilled engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and deployment of scalable and innovative blockchain solutions. Leveraging your expertise in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and Web3 frameworks, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of decentralized technology and make a meaningful impact in the Web3 ecosystem. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of blockchain engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster growth and development Define the technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies for blockchain projects, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize features, and align technical solutions with business objectives Lead the design, development, and implementation of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols on various blockchain platforms Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging
