Ignite innovation by developing intelligent agents that transform decision-making processes! Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 x week in the office). As an AI Agent Engineer (Java), you will be working for our client, a leader in cutting-edge AI solutions. You will help build a fully automated, decision-supporting AI agent system from scratch, supporting a groundbreaking, multi-year strategic project focused on delivering innovative business automation and data analysis tools. You will join a newly built team, working on a brand-new product rather than maintaining or rewriting legacy code. Your main responsibilities: Design and develop AI agents to support decision-making within a new, critical business process. Create solutions for data analysis and documentation gap detection. Orchestrate AI agents and integrate them with backend Java systems and process workflows. Ensure agent reliability, quality, and performance consistency. Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and AI specialists on building the product from the ground up. Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines, models, and workflows. Conduct testing and monitoring of agents, including control and escalation mechanisms.
