Senior Fullstack Developer PLN [phone] gross - Contract of Employment PLN 140 - 180 net/h - B2B Gdynia or 100% remote Job Overview We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Product Department – the ~20-person crew behind SolDevelo’s apps for the Atlassian Marketplace and monday.com Marketplace. Think Worklogs, QAlity, and Checklists: tools relied on by everyone from small teams to huge, well-known corporations to run their Jira workflows. We build what our users actually ask for – closely listening to their feedback and shipping the features that matter to them, so what you build gets used, fast. You’ll join one of our two Scrum teams – comprising 3-4 developers, a tester, a product owner, and a UI/UX specialist – each owning a distinct set of products. This is a role for someone who wants to be the senior engineer our mid-level developers learn from: you’ll set the technical direction on the backend, maintain high code quality, and inspire those around you to raise their own bar. On the frontend, you’ll collaborate confidently; you don’t need to be a frontend authority, just capable of delivering features end-to-end.
