Rate: 138 pln/h net + VAT, B2B Location: Gdynia 3 days a week in office Industry: banking Summary: The role of the IT Analyst + UX Designer is to support the creation of a data product marketplace, facilitating the discovery, access, and governance of data products. This position is crucial for ensuring user-centric design and effective product delivery. Main Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Conduct UX reviews and enhance the overall user experience of the marketplace. Collaborate daily with software developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation. Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery. Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, data governance. Hands-on experience with UX design and prototyping in Figma. Strong ability to write functional requirements and user stories. Nice to Have: Experience with data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products. Familiarity with data mesh architecture. Background in both UX design and IT analysis within a single role.
