Описание

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS or Microsoft Azure. The candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational stability, supporting incident resolution, and driving continuous improvement of cloud services. In addition to technical responsibilities, providing some technical guidance, and helping to develop operational best practices within the team. Key Responsibilities Manage and support cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Azure. Monitor cloud environments to ensure availability, performance, security, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure incidents and service disruptions. Perform patching, maintenance, backup, recovery, and operational support activities. Implement and maintain cloud security controls and governance requirements. Manage cloud resources, costs, and capacity planning. Support automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools. Work closely with project teams, vendors, and customers on cloud-related activities. Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation. Coach and mentor junior cloud engineers on cloud technologies, operational processes, and troubleshooting techniques. Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
