Euroclear are recruiting an Agile Project Manager (EPIC Delivery Owner) to play a key role in delivering a major technology and business transformation programme. You will be responsible for managing one or more diverse IT projects, for example delivering business change or platform modernisation and will typically be responsible for managing and supporting multiple squads/scrum teams and IT delivery functions. You will use your skills to engage with Senior Stakeholders, orchestrate the contribution of our global colleagues and resolve impediments to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Adherence to IT Controls and budget management are also integral to the role. Responsibilities In your role, your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to: Leading the development of the project proposal and plan to determine timeframe, budget, resource requirements, working with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and technical experts. Working with business analysts, product owners, technical experts and architects to analyze the requirements with the project sponsor/customer, to evaluate the feasibility of a project within the scope of a pre-defined strategy. Supporting, motivating and challenging delivery squads to deliver on time and budget, from initiation through to transition to BAU.
