About Endgap US Construction is a ~$2T industry that runs on documents; think blueprints, specification books, and contracts. The page count often ranges from hundreds to thousands. Small gaps between them turn into expensive mistakes on a job site. In aggregate, there is ~$180B of annual rework; of which ~80% is driven by design changes, errors, and omissions. Endgap uses AI to catch coordination conflicts, spec errors, and scope gaps before they hit the field. Our platform turns days of analysis into minutes, saving architects, general contractors, and construction managers hours of rework and costly delays. With backing from The University of Chicago, we are tapping into one of the largest, underserved tech markets on the globe. In this role you'll work directly with our co-founders to drive scalable system growth and increase the capabilities of existing infrastructure. You'll live right in the center of product innovation cycles and customer feedback, getting to see how changes impact users in real time.
