Relocation support is available to help make your transition as smooth as possible. Help design the next generation of professional security systems protecting millions of buildings and businesses worldwide. As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will take ownership of critical firmware components across connected security products, including wired and wireless devices, secure connectivity, cloud integration, and EN50131 compliant solutions. You will influence product architecture, technical strategy, cybersecurity implementation, and development practices while mentoring engineers and helping shape future product platforms. Responsibilities Lead architectural decisions for critical firmware components and influence hardware design, communication protocols, cybersecurity implementation, and system-level design. Design and develop firmware for embedded devices using both bare-metal and RTOS-based architectures. Define integration strategies between security devices, gateways, cloud services, and platform ecosystems. Drive embedded software quality through code reviews, design reviews, debugging, and engineering best practices. Drive platform-oriented development by creating reusable firmware components and promoting common solutions across multiple products. Support verification, validation, certification, manufacturing
