About the role We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Frontend to lead our frontend engineering group while our Lead Frontend Engineer is on maternity leave. This is a fixed-term cover role with a real mandate: you keep the team shipping, you stay in the code, and you own how far we can push coding agents. The group works inside cross-functional squads, primarily our Subscriber Experience Squad (SXP), which owns the full subscriber lifecycle from checkout to account management. What the frontend ships here moves conversion, retention and churn directly. AI is our foundation. We are an AI-first company, and for this role that is the job rather than a bonus. We expect you to already drive an agentic harness — Claude Code, OpenCode or equival
