Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a Senior Ellucian Banner Developer , to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications and modules within the Ellucian Banner system. Implement integrations between Banner and other institutional systems (ERP, CRM, LMS, etc.). Optimize business processes through customizations and extensions in Banner. Create and maintainPL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and packages to support critical functionalities in Oracle. Experience with integration and frameworks (Ethos, API's). Collaborate with functional and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct impact analysis and unit testing prior to production deployments. Document configurations, developments, and workflows to ensure traceability. Monitor application performance and propose efficiency improvements. Provide advanced-level support for Banner-related incidents. Lead projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
