Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to be embedded within our Programme Management Office (PMO), taking end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle while ensuring alignment with broader programme goals and governance frameworks. In this role, you will work to translate user needs and organisational objectives into clear product requirements and actionable delivery plans, while supporting the PMO in managing risks, budgets, vendor relationships, dependencies, and milestone tracking across the programme. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end product delivery from product discovery and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement to achieve business objectives and deliver customer value. • Engage stakeholders and users to understand business needs, identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into clear problem statements and actionable productrequirements. • Develop product strategies and roadmaps by identifying opportunities, prioritising initiatives, managing backlogs, and aligning delivery plans with business priorities. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver products and programmes. • Manage Agile product development by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating development activities, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones. • Oversee user acceptance t
