UX GIRL is a boutique UX/UI design studio with a focus on complex user interfaces. We are a group of designers passionate about delivering the best holistic User Experience. UX GIRL is TOP 5 rated UX studio in Poland which cooperates with companies all over the world. We are searching for a new person to join our team. It is the position of a Mid Designer who will design our projects - from beginning to an end. Join us and be part of an amazing UX GIRL community! Mid UX/UI Designer Location: Warsaw or full remote This job is for you if: ⚫ You want to grow as a Mid Designer ⚫ You have strong analytical skills ⚫ You can work independently ⚫ You always worry about the user and want to make their lives easier ⚫ You can design complex/advanced user flows ⚫ You like collaborating with other team members from different departments ‍⚫ You speak and write good English and Polish ‍⚫ You want to help us build a product together ⚫ You are diligent and meticulous in your work ⚫ You can juggle many tasks without losing the quality of your work ⚫ You tend to have a holistic view of the User Experience ⚫ You like creating aesthetically pleasing UI ⚫ You are proficient in the usage of AI tools and are constantly learning about new ones Minimum Qualifications ⚫ 1 year of experience in UX and UI design ⚫ Fluency in Figma ⚫ Interaction design knowledge ⚫ Proven visual design experience ⚫ Portfolio demonstrating use of user-centered UX methods, usability principles and visual design ⚫ Basic HTML
