SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide. Responsibilities Support, maintain, and develop Oracle Siebel CRM solutions for telecommunications operations. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application incidents and production issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement system enhancements, configurations, and change requests. Develop, tune, and maintain PL/SQL code and database queries on Oracle Database platforms. Support integrations between Siebel CRM and surrounding enterprise ecosystem components. Provide technical expertise for system performance optimization and continuous delivery initiatives. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for platform processes. Collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional international teams. Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM . Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion middleware/applications. Experience with Oracle RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) framework. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and hands-on proficiency in PL/SQL development. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills. Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily international c
