Team Connect is Poland’s leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. Since 2008 we successfully create and develop software for our clients. We are also a proud certified Salesforce Partner. We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications. Currently, we are looking for: UX/UI Specialist. Knowledge and skills: At least 8 years of professional experience in IT. At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design. Has designed GUI for at least 3 RIA systems or desktop thick clients or mobile applications (1 time, in the case of the basic profile) Expert in graphical design for software applications Proficient in gathering and analysis UX requirements. Proficient in developing graphical mock-ups and active prototypes of user interface of the software application Expert in analysis and design of application usability and user experience Understands software development technologies and their limitations Expert in developing GUI components of software systems in HTML5 technologies Presents excellent communication skills Holds ability to document effectively Creativity Good knowledge of user interface ergonomics Knowledge of design and graphical tools (Balsamiq/InVision/UXPin/Framer.js or other) Specific requirements: Good knowledge of Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific tools Experienced in preparation of mockups and graphical interfaces Exceptional co
