Описание

Responsibilities Provide technical leadership across RAN configuration, parameter management and network performance optimization. Support complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of network performance issues. Oversee radio parameter changes, network integration and optimization activities. Validate technical deliverables, ensure configuration consistency and monitor service quality. Coordinate with engineering teams and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
