Описание

Role A Senior Software Engineer will build and operate full-stack software for an AI-native platform modernizing procurement and distribution across defense, aerospace, and industrial supply chains. They will own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding the operational problem through implementation, testing, deployment, and follow-up in production. The role starts in Warsaw with an expected relocation to the United States within approximately six months. The company provides E-2/O-1 visa sponsorship and covers relocation costs. Responsibilities • Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate full-stack product features. • Build frontend experiences with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, or Svelte. • Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js or Python. • Design PostgreSQL schemas, write production SQL, and improve query performance. • Build integrations and data-ingestion workflows for fragmented operational systems, documents, APIs, and business data. • Translate customer and operational requirements into maintainable technical solutions. • Own delivered features through production, including monitoring, debugging, incident resolution, and iteration. • Communicate technical proposals, delivery estimates, risks, and trade-offs clearly to founders, deployment strategists, and engineers. • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, security, reliability, and long-term maintainability. • Use AI coding tools to improve development speed while vali
