👉 Summary We are looking for a new GIGAnte to join our team as an Senior Developer Ruby on Rails. The client is an event technology and production company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. The company combines audiovisual technology, creative services, and digital solutions to support in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Its teams work with meeting planners, producers, technical directors, hotels, and venues, providing support from initial planning and design through event execution.. 👉 What You'll Do Build and evolve business logic, models, migrations and APIs (REST/GraphQL) in an existing Rails application. Implement event producers and consumers with Apache Kafka for asynchronous flows between services. Design scalable APIs for the mobile app ecosystem and deploy on AWS infrastructure. Build resilient integration layers with Salesforce and Sage ERP. Write unit and integration tests (RSpec) and deliver feature increments in Agile sprints. Estimate story points, design technical tasks and safeguard system performance and API stability. Collaborate with Product, QA and the client's internal team in an integrated working model. 👉 We'll Expect You To Have Solid, recent Ruby on Rails experience at a senior level. Hands-on experience with AWS. Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures. Experience with enterprise applications or products, evolving existing applications. Fluent English, able to work directly with US-based teams. T
