As a Software Team Leader for XSA (xDome Secure Access), you will lead the development of Claroty’s industry-leading secure remote access solution. In a world where critical infrastructure is increasingly connected, your team will build the bridge that enables safe, monitored, and frictionless access to sensitive industrial environments. You will tackle complex networking challenges, identity management, and high-availability systems where security and performance are equally paramount. Responsibilities Drive a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of technical ownership, security-first mindset, and continuous delivery. Lead the design and implementation of robust secure access features, ensuring seamless integration between IT and OT networks.
