Our company provides wide range of services from system/network implementation, cloud platform, application development and technical support services. To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for a high caliber talent to join us in the following position: Responsibilities Liaise with internal IT support teams and end users to provide maintenance and support services for web-based and mobile-enabled systems. Participate in the implementation and enhancement of web-based applications, including: Application development System testing Program deployment Troubleshooting and issue resolution Collaborate with the development team in delivering quality software solutions using modern development technologies and methodologies. Assist in conducting: Unit testing System integration testing (SIT) User acceptance testing (UAT) Support supervisors in providing technical advice and recommendations to management and system users. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and related project deliverables as required. Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with project standards and procedures.
