Role Overview We are seeking a visually strong, AI-fluent Motion Graphic Designer to join Hoy TV's in-house creative team. In this role, you will leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and visual production while delivering high-quality motion graphics, channel packaging, short-form video content, and cross-platform promotional assets that support linear TV, OTT, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, LibTV, Dreamina, Seedance, and Adobe Firefly) for image and video generation, enhancement, storyboard visualization, and rapid prototyping. Own motion design and post-production workflows in After Effects and Premiere Pro, including animation, transitions, title design, colour grading, editing, and final delivery. Contribute to 2D and 3D motion design, as well as basic 3D modelling (experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is an advantage), for channel branding, programme intros, social content, and advertising creatives. Collaborate with Creative, OAP, Marketing, and Sales teams to take concepts from pitch to execution, adapting visual assets for various platforms, including TV, OTT, Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce channels. Help develop and maintain brand visual guidelines, asset libraries, and design templates to ensure consistency across all Hoy TV touchpoints.
