Описание

Accountabilities - Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and ITSM functionalities in line with business requirements, sprint priorities, and established platform standards. - Deliver backlog items and platform improvements, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements, quality expectations, and delivery timelines. - Design, develop, and maintain custom REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring compatibility with enterprise architecture and integration standards. - Configure and customize ServiceNow components, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes, to support efficient service management workflows. - Leverage AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to enhance development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve solution quality. - Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable, and technically sound solutions. - Apply automation and continuous improvement practices to accelerate development, improve delivery efficiency, and reduce manual effort across the backlog. - Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while contributing to effective team delivery. - Perform development testing, participate in peer reviews, prepare deployments, and support continuous improvement of
