The Role Employee Experience Engineering (EXE) is part of Block's Corporate Engineering organization, responsible for building and operating the engineering platforms, services, and integrations that improve the employee experience. Our work supports the employee journey from hiring and onboarding through ongoing access to corporate services. We develop internal applications, automate employee workflows, and integrate enterprise systems to deliver seamless, reliable, and scalable experiences. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, building reliable systems, and developing thoughtful solutions that make employees' lives easier.
