Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in system architecture, distributed systems design, or cloud infrastructure in an enterprise customer-facing or technical leadership role. 4 years of experience architecting, deploying, or operating production-grade Web3 systems, blockchain protocols (e.g., EVM-compatible Layer 1/Layer 2, Solana, Move, or Cosmos), or smart contract ecosystems. Preferred qualifications Experience with institutional digital asset infrastructure, including Multi-Party Computation (MPC), hardware security modules (Cloud HSM), transaction signing architectures, and confidential computing. Experience designing and operating high-availability, low-latency blockchain node infrastructure, indexing layers, and validator networks at scale on Kubernetes/Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Experience with Zero-Knowledge (ZK) infrastructure, rollup architectures, cross-chain messaging protocols, or Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). Practical experience with smart contract engineering, protocol security audits, and formal verification frameworks. Knowledge of institutional Web3 use cases, including Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, stablecoin rails, tokenized deposits, and custody architectures within regulated financial environments.
