Senior Test Data Specialist About the Offer We are currently looking for a Senior Test Data Specialist to join the team of our client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us. You will be part of the Home Journey project, covering the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. You will work in a diverse, highly international environment with ambitious people, working agile, determined to reach a common goal: meeting the unique needs of customers. The role focuses on executing the test data strategy, building automated solutions, supporting teams daily and ensuring test data is available on demand. You will work closely with testers, developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts to remove one of the largest bottlenecks in testing: obtaining and maintaining trustworthy test data. Key Details: Rate: up to 115 PLN/h net (B2B) Work Model: hybrid, 3 days a week from the office Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia Responsibilities Test data engineering: create and maintain reusable test data assets, develop automated test data provisioning solutions and build self-service data delivery mechanisms Data masking and compliance: implement masking and anonymization routines, ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies, and validate masked data quality and usability Test data creation and generation: create synthetic test datasets,
