PLEASE NOTE: this position is located in Charlotte, NC and requires attendance at our Southend office three days a week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Opportunity Turn complex data into solutions that make a difference at LendingTree. As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll lead complex analysis and model development projects, taking a hands-on approach to building predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions that address business challenges and opportunities. You’ll help shape and execute our data science roadmap, partner across teams to bring advanced analytics into use, and guide junior teammates as they grow their skills. How You’ll Make an Impact Help execute data science strategies and roadmaps, translating business objectives into analytical solutions and AI/ML models. Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions. Collaborate with teammates and business stakeholders to understand requirements, explore data, and develop models that deliver actionable insights. Ensure model validity, reliability, and robustness through validation, testing, and calibration, then monitor outcomes and refine performance.
