Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Business Analyst Responsibilities Models and documents value chains/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements, and user stories Supports business experts and product owners during the definition of requirements and software development Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories throughout the systems lifecycle Translates business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features Analyses available systems and evaluates potential solutions Supports identification of options for possible solutions Assists in the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management Designs, validates, and tests business processes to achieve business process excellence Takes a holistic approach in planning and managing programmes for continuous improvement of business processes Coaches staff on upcoming changes and ensures plans are in place to teach new skills and/or implement process changes Collaborates wit
