We are looking for an experienced, highly autonomous Senior Visual & Motion Designer to lead the visual identity, video content, and art direction for internal communications and employer branding across key Delivery Hero global brands, including foodpanda, foodora, and yemeksepeti.In this role, you won't just execute static design requests, you will bring a strategic mindset and art direction to help shape concepts, messaging, and overall creative direction. You will act as the creative backbone for our internal brand presence, turning complex ideas into compelling visual stories across slide decks, short-form video content, animated social assets, event experiences, and internal comms.To succeed in this role, you must thrive under tight deadlines, operate with high independence, and proactively drive projects forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions.What will be your mission?Executive & internal presentation design: Lead the end-to-end visual design for high-visibility C-level presentations, All Hands, and
