The Opportunity: Are you a seasoned and passionate engineering leader looking to take your next step? We're looking for an Engineering Lead for our client - a global health tech startup. The role will work on building and maintaining the products' backend services, APIs, and deployment, for the global health tech mobile platform. Our client has recently received funding and are in a growth phase, expanding their teams and growing the business globally with big partners across health, pharma, and insurance. The engineering team is being coached by former YouTube and Slack Global Engineering Leads. Responsibilities for this role: Contribute on a daily basis to the codebase with attention to detail and high quality. Architect and develop solutions to concrete user-facing problems, leading design and implementation of large software components, systems, and features. Provide both strategic and tactical architecture and design guidance and input across all areas of the technical stack. Build, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software, specifically APIs used by our native mobile client applications. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
