Your Role: As a Program Assurance Officer , you will: Collaborate with leadership, sales, and clients to gather clear program requirements. Configure the platform including campaigns, reward catalogs, user access, and branding. Manage project timelines and client communications using Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or Trello. Support bulk data imports and user onboarding workflows while ensuring data integrity. Identify launch roadblocks, troubleshoot setup issues, and escalate defects to technical teams.
