About the Company Our client is building an AI-powered platform that gives people a confidential space to think through and resolve challenges at work. Their first product is live and in use. They are a pre-seed start-up with a validated product, entering their client and consultant pilot programme ahead of their first funding round. They’re looking for a mid-level Platform Engineer to help run, improve and develop the platform as they learn from real users. It’s an opportunity to join early, work closely with the founding team and make a visible contribution to both the product and the technology behind it. The Role You’ll help keep the platform reliable, secure and straightforward to use, while making practical improvements across the backend, frontend and integrations. This is a hands-on role combining platform operations with product engineering. You might investigate a failed session, improve an API integration, refine an admin workflow or make the deployment process more dependable. As the pilot programme develops, you’ll help turn feedback into fixes and features, balancing immediate needs with the foundations for growth. Our client is looking for someone who can independently own well-defined work, explain technical trade-offs clearly and recognise when a decision needs wider input. You don’t need to arrive as a senior architect or have every answer, but you should be comfortable working in a small team where priorities evolve. What You’ll Be Doing Monitor
