About the role Asia Properties & Assets Consultancy Pte Ltd is hiring a Software Engineer to design, build and ship features used by private residential. You'll join as a software engineer working on the platform, owning work from design through production. What you'll do Design, build and maintain reliable, well-tested features across [frontend/backend / fullstack] Turn product requirements into technical designs, and break work into clear, shippable pieces Write clean, maintainable code and review teammates' code with care Own your work in production: monitoring, debugging and fixing issues when they come up Improve performance, scalability and developer tooling over time Work closely with product managers, designers and QA to ship on schedule Share knowledge through documentation, pairing and mentoring junior engineers What we're looking for 3+ years of professional software development experience Strong skills in at least one of [Python / Java / Go / TypeScript] Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modelling Comfort with Git, code review, automated testing and CI/CD Good grasp of data structures, algorithms and system design basics Clear written and spoken communication in English Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Nice to have Cloud experience with [AWS / GCP / Azure], plus Docker and Kubernetes Frontend experience with React or a
